Barbecued Flank Steak

Ingredients
*For each flank steak, blend the following:

? cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 ? teaspoons garlic salt or 1 clove fresh garlic
1 ? teaspoons ginger
? cup oil (We use olive oil)
1 bunch green onions

Directions
Make the marinade. Blend everything well. Place the steak in a shallow pan or bowl. Pour the marinade over the steak. Soak the meat several hours or overnight (turn meat over some time during the marinating process). Barbecue about 5-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare done steak. Baste with marinade while cooking. Slice diagonally.

Notes
*For our family, two flank steaks are used. Thus the recipe is doubled. One steak is suppose to serve four people. If you have ravenous teenagers, it may be best to get another steak. One steak never accommodates our family.
